“I regard sex objects as a prosthetic to a queer identity, as a point of departure from ‘normalization’ and ‘passing’, I strive to create objects that address the queer body and the performativity of queer pleasure. Partially synthetic and bodily, these objects reference a sense of curiosity, exploration an appropriation of the body as a sexual, social and political mechanism.”
